Here's what I actually delivered in 2026 — independently analysed across nine repositories by Paxel (YC), which read the pattern as "The Architect": architecture-first, orchestrating multiple AI coding agents while holding the line on verification and product boundaries.
The user-generated-content layer behind Orio: remix studio, an idempotent activation-credit and entitlement system, content-brand and IP-safety review gates, host-split studio routing and CI.
The core Orio app: GameHarness playable-game generation, billing and rate-limits, an in-browser Babylon.js editor, and 4D / scene-generation experiments — run across up to seven AI agents at once.
Production 3D-object segmentation: GPU serving on GKE with Pub/Sub queueing, SAM3-vs-SAM2 benchmarking with fallback, and mesh-decode verification against live infrastructure.
A 3D / animation generation pipeline with throughput controls and generalised mesh-asset caching, validated for dev-only concurrency and routing before promotion.
Physically-based generative texturing served on Vertex, with careful deployment hygiene — dead paths removed, live inference preserved, reviews gated.
Terraform modules and infrastructure for the platform — Secret Manager, Verified Permissions, Cloud Run — documented with architecture and runtime diagrams.
I direct AI coding agents as execution engines — while keeping architecture, verification and product boundaries firmly in human hands.
The Orio stack turns a plain-language prompt into a playable, multiplayer 3D world: interpretation → generation → scene assembly → deterministic physics → rendering → real-time multiplayer. The hard part was never generating objects — it was generating physics and context, so a chair lands on the floor facing the fire instead of hovering above it.
Underneath sits production cloud-AI infrastructure — GPU serving on GKE, Vertex inference, Pub/Sub queueing — with verification gates, idempotent state and disciplined PR hygiene, so non-deterministic output stays shippable.
